We constantly monitor and gather statistical information of our management and performance to answer your telephone calls.The surgery receives an average of 300 calls a day during opening hours. The calls are handled in the first instance by our auto attendant and directed to the first available receptionist . Most times you will be placed in a queue and waiting time can vary from 3 to up to 15 minutes. Our peak call traffic is usually between 8:30 am-10:am and 3 pm to 4 pm and at these times the waiting period will be longest. Once you are placed in the queue it is important not to press any digits on your phone and simply remain patient until you are connected.
